Lynn Blaylock, Vice President of Community Management, joined Seabreeze in 2018 and oversees the Nevada region. Lynn is responsible for mentoring her team of community managers and building longstanding relationships with the communities she serves. Lynn is also part of the Seabreeze Leadership Team.

A 20-year veteran of the property management industry, Lynn has held numerous positions, giving her a unique vantage point from which to lead. Beyond developing her team, Lynn continually applies creative problem-solving and never backs down from a challenge. Her tenacity and expertise in maintenance, budgeting, board member relations, and all aspects of property management, have made her a trusted advisor throughout her career.

Lynn’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the State of Nevada Supervising Community Manager designations.

Originally from the San Diego area, Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. As a Las Vegas resident of 32 years, Lynn is a dedicated working mother of four children. If she’s not on the volleyball court watching her daughter, then she’ll be in her garden or in her craft room where she could spend hours.
