Laura Ravazza, Vice President, Community Management, joined Seabreeze in 2025. She and her team serve the Northern California region. Laura is responsible for cultivating and developing the team, enabling them to serve the diverse needs of Seabreeze communities.
A more than 10-year veteran of the property management industry, Laura has dedicated her career to building strong relationships with her communities and team, serving as a trusted advisor, mentor, and industry champion. From budgets, community crises, to large-scale capital projects, Laura’s expertise spans both wide and deep, enabling her to consistently drive exceptional outcomes.
Laura’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the Community Associations Institute Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), the highest professional recognition available to community association management professionals. During her career, Laura has received numerous accolades, including winning a CAI Innovator Award and a Manager of the Year Award, and has been a part of several award-winning CAI committees.
Born in Wisconsin, this Bay Area resident is an active member of the Community Associations Institute. Currently, she holds a volunteer position on the California Legislative Action Committee, and has held past board and committee positions, including president of the CAI BayCen chapter. When she’s not working, Laura volunteers at a local women’s shelter and animal shelter, and enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren and fur babies.
