Kimberly Pollard, Vice President of Large-Scale Communities, joined Seabreeze in 2021. She and her team of general managers serve large-scale and complex communities. Through mentorship and career development, Kimberly plays an active role in helping her team serve communities while reaching their own career goals. Kimberly is also a part of the Seabreeze Leadership Team.

A 13-year veteran of the property management industry, Kimberly’s expertise has made her an incredible mentor, liaison, and leader. From program development and execution and budgeting to building solid relationships with the board members she serves, Kimberly continually delivers exceptional service to every single community.

Kimberly’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations.

Born in Whittier, CA, this Orange County resident holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California. She is an avid equestrian and, when she’s not working, can often be found volunteering at the Union Rescue Mission finding job placement for those experiencing homelessness.
