Janet Salmon

Janet Salmon, Vice President of Community Management, brings more than 25 years of community management experience to the Seabreeze team. A strong mentor and leader, Janet works to develop a team of community managers in the Orange County region. A veteran in the industry, Janet’s knowledge and dedication to service make her an incredible asset to her team and the communities she serves.

Janet began her career in community management in 1998 and has held numerous roles in the industry. After leading her first team in 2005, she became a director of training before moving into an executive director of community management role. While she worked at other companies in the industry, Janet never truly felt at home until she came to Seabreeze. She notes, “Here, at Seabreeze, I’m at a place where my experience gets to meet my passion for people.”

Janet is a longstanding supporter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently serves on the Education Committee. She has also served on the Finance Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission for a number of years in the city in which she lives.

Janet’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), and the Association Management Specialist (AMS). She is also licensed as a California Department of Insurance Producer and a Licensed California Realtor.

Born in Subic Bay, Philippines, Janet spends as much time outdoors as she possibly can. She is an avid Crossfitter who competes in her spare time. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
