Courtney Chastain, Vice President of Community Management at Seabreeze Management Company, has over a decade of experience in the HOA management industry. Her roles include maintaining a strong relationship with clients and business partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing regional operations.

Her strength is in her hands-on approach to problem-solving by seeking to understand root causes and issues to find common sense solutions. She avoids a “one-size-fits-all” solution by promoting imaginative and inquiry-based thinking. Courtney has also been successful in developing and mentoring a team of upcoming community managers who share the same dedication and desire to raise the bar for the HOA industry overall.

Courtney has earned her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations, a Business Administration Degree, and holds an active CA real estate license. Her desire to continue her education and expand her knowledge has also led her to work towards earning her Project Management Professional (PMP®) certificate.

Outside of association management, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and 3 daughters. She lives an active lifestyle with kids’ sports and cooking, as well as trying new food recipes and finding the best snow for winter skiing.
