Chelsey Chapman, Vice President of Community Management, oversees all association management for all San Diego board members and communities. Chelsey’s steadfast and personalized approach to property management has not only enabled her to be an effective leader, team builder, and mentor, she has consistently delivered an exceptional experience to every community she serves. To date, Chelsey has a 100% client retention rate.

Chelsey is a proven leader and trusted advisor who began her career in community management in 2005. She has held a number of positions in the industry and has both breadth and depth of property management expertise. She’s managed new construction phasing communities, master-planned communities, condominium associations, property owners’ associations, and landowners’ associations.

Chelsey’s professional designations include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS). She was also awarded the CACM Vision Award, Creative Solutions for Problem Solving Level II in 2001.

Chelsey has lived in San Diego since 2010. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog, Ace, hiking, and participating in other outdoor activities.
