Ashley Ziegler, Vice President of Community Management, oversees the New Development division, leading a team of managers overseeing new construction communities throughout San Diego, Orange County, and the Los Angeles regions. From adherence to governing documents and architectural standards, to fostering a sense of community, Ashley ensures a smooth transition for residents into their new homes while maintaining healthy relationships with both homebuilders and homeowners. Ashley is also part of the Seabreeze Leadership Team.

Ashley joined Seabreeze in 2016 and her commitment to her clients has been clear from day one. Her exceptional knowledge and leadership have earned her multiple promotions, enabling her to gain experience managing multiple types of communities, including high-rise, condominium, and single-family homes.

Ashley’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations, and she is currently working toward her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.

Born and raised in Southern California, Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from California State University, Fullerton. When she’s not working, Ashley is traveling with her husband whenever they get the opportunity.
