Amar Gupta, Vice President, Large-Scale Division, oversees large-scale community operations across Orange County, San Diego, Inland Empire, and the Coachella Valley. Amar takes a hands-on approach to his work, mentoring and working with on-site managers to ensure operational efficiency and cultivate strong relationships with boards and community members. Amar is also part of the Seabreeze Leadership Team.

Amar started in the industry in 2019, and his rapid advancement is due to his strategic, tailored approach to community management. He understands that managers and communities have unique needs, and he focuses on equipping his managers with the tools they need to lead their teams, improve community operations, and deliver the best quality service to each client.

Amar’s professional credentials include the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) through the Community Associations Institute.

Born and raised in Brea, California, Amar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. When he’s not working, Amar enjoys traveling and discovering new food.
