Seabreeze Management Company Hires Senior Vice President of Operations to Achieve Next Level of Growth

Ned Heiskell brings industry-leading association management expertise to shape and expand the Seabreeze mission

ALISO VIEJO, CA (September, 13, 2017) – Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced that industry veteran, Ned Heiskell, has joined the Seabreeze team as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Heiskell will be responsible for facilitating team expansion and corporate growth to serve Seabreeze’s ever-expanding client roster.

Ned Heiskell is a versatile executive who brings 30 years of association management experience, primarily in real estate management and development. As a results-driven leader and team-builder with a successful track record across all aspects of the industry, Heiskell brings an incredible depth of knowledge to the Seabreeze team. Heiskell previously served as the President of Associa N. N. Jaeschke, Inc. in San Diego and the Business Unit Leader for the San Diego Urban Division at First Services Residential, formerly MERIT Property Management.
