Seabreeze Management Company Hires Jake Parvino as Vice President of Los Angeles Office

Company continues to invest in its Los Angeles communities by adding veteran senior leadership to the team

ALISO VIEJO, CA (April 30, 2020) – Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced that Jake Parvino has joined the Seabreeze team as Vice President of the Los Angeles region. Parvino will oversee all of the region’s operations, including management and strategic direction, project management, budgeting, and personnel.

Jake Parvino joins the Seabreeze team for the second time. Previously, he served as the General Manager of two Seabreeze communities in the Los Angeles area. Parvino not only has a stellar track record of financial management, leadership and team building, and strategic planning; his insight into the industry and the Los Angeles market will prove to be an enormous asset for the Seabreeze organization.

Parvino holds the CCAM, CMCA, and AMS designations as well as Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing from Loyola University in New Orleans.
