Inman brings organizational expertise to promote sustainable growth

Inman will oversee all operations at Seabreeze, including finance, operations, management and strategic direction. Focusing on replicable models and processes as well as employee and client satisfaction, Inman will guide the organization and ensure that Seabreeze stays true to its mission of people, performance, passion.

Karen Inman joins the Seabreeze Executive Team in the midst of the company’s rapid growth. In the past five years, Seabreeze has grown from 150 to over 450 team members and completed two acquisitions while maintaining a 99 percent client retention rate. Inman’s breadth of expertise will not only guide Seabreeze into the next stage of development, her comprehensive background in operational and strategic management will equip employees to carve out successful and fulfilling careers.

She holds a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation as well as Bachelor of Science degrees in chemical engineering and information systems.
