Seabreeze Management Company Acquires AMMCOR Management Company Inc.

This expansion solidifies Seabreeze’s status as the premier mid-sized property management firm in Southern California

 

 ALISO VIEJO, CA and SAN CLEMENTE, CA (August 6, 2019) – Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced the acquisition of AMMCOR Management Company, a full-service property management firm based in San Clemente, CA. Isaiah Henry, President and CEO at Seabreeze, will assume the role of CEO at AMMCOR. This move is part of a strategic ownership transition between Seabreeze and Dianne Davega, AMMCOR’s owner and CEO prior to the acquisition. AMMCOR will operate under the Seabreeze umbrella but will remain independent in name.

With the addition of AMMCOR, the Seabreeze team now consists of over 400 people serving 320 associations and 100,000 homes. This acquisition comes on the heels of a banner year of double digit growth for Seabreeze. When combined with rapid expansion and a 99 percent customer retention rate, this transaction cements Seabreeze’s position as a leader in the market.
