Property management firm continues to expand its presence in the Pacific Northwest

ALISO VIEJO, CA and BELLEVUE, WA (January 16th, 2023) – Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced the acquisition of Best Management Company, a property management firm located in Bellevue, Washington. Best Management Company will continue to operate independently while rolling up under the Seabreeze family of brands.

This acquisition will form a strategic alliance between the brands and is designed to promote long-term regional growth. Already a premier property management firm in its own right, the Best Management team will remain in place and will continue to be led by Tyler and Michelle Weaver.
