Seabreeze Management Company Hires New Vice President of Community Management

Barry Tropp will oversee the Los Angeles region

ALISO VIEJO, CA (January 12, 2023) – Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced new leadership in the Los Angeles region. Barry Tropp will oversee the Los Angeles portfolio and team.

Barry comes to Seabreeze from a Los Angeles property management company where he oversaw a team of general managers and on-site teams. Prior to working in the property management industry, Barry worked in the film industry where he produced 10 movies for networks such as Lifetime and Nickelodeon. After finding success in entertainment, Barry moved over to property management so he could apply his management skills in a new industry.
