Capping off a Banner Year of Growth, Seabreeze Expands Full-Service Operations into San Diego County

Company Hires Industry Veteran, Cindy Collins, to Oversee the San Diego Market

ALISO VIEJO, CA AND SAN DIEGO, CA (January 9, 2017)Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced the opening of a full-service office in San Diego led by new Vice President of Community Management, Cindy Collins.

The property management industry has changed dramatically in the past 30 years. Mergers and acquisitions have significantly decreased the number of mid-sized organizations, often putting customers in the position of choosing between companies with adequate resources and personalized service. However, there is an alternative. Seabreeze brings a powerhouse team that can rival any large firm yet, given the company’s longstanding commitment to maintaining its personalized approach, still understands that each association is different and has unique needs.

This approach has netted success and, in 2017 alone, Seabreeze has already expanded operations to include two new offices and 92 new employees. The company’s knowledge of the California market, the need for a mid-sized organization in San Diego and the company’s strong existing presence in southern California made San Diego County the logical choice for the newest Seabreeze office.

To ensure the success of the San Diego office, Seabreeze has hired Cindy Collins as its Vice President of Community Management. Cindy has over 18 years of experience in the property management industry and is an expert in master planned communities. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in Chicago and is currently finishing her Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis on Not-for-Profit Organizations. She is an active member of the Community Associations Institute and holds CMCA®, AMS and PCAM® certifications. With a client retention rate of 97-98 percent, Cindy’s communication and client focus makes her the perfect fit for both Seabreeze and the San Diego market.
