Seabreeze Management Announces Strong Year-over-year Business Results

Aliso Viejo-based Association Management Company Bullish on Continued Business Growth, New Hires and Expanded Client Services in 2015
ALISO VIEJO, CA (January 14, 2015) – Seabreeze Management today announced strong year-over-year growth in 2014.
In the past year, the company added a substantial number of new clients throughout Southern California, including significant expansion into Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
“We’re incredibly pleased with our growth in 2014,” explained Seabreeze Management President Isaiah Henry, who was hired earlier this year to specifically chart a course for the company’s expansion. “We know that community association residents and board members are not only looking to enhance their qualify of life but want the type of personal touch and expertise offered by our award-winning team of managers.”
Communities retained by Seabreeze include 1100 Wilshire Owners Association, a 230-unit high-rise community in downtown Los Angeles; Somerset, a 102-unit luxury condominium community in Beverly Hills; and Avelina, a 500-home new development in the Inland Empire.
Maintaining Strong Relations with Long-time Clients
While new business serves as the lifeblood of any business, Seabreeze officials are equally proud of their success maintaining strong relations with existing client communities, many of which have been with the company since it was founded 25 years ago.

Henry added that Seabreeze’s expansion means that the company will offer an even greater assortment of resources to client community residents and board members.
Business Growth = Local Job Growth
In order to support the company’s growth, Seabreeze hired a total of 37 new employees in 2014 to supplement the 145 existing staff members in its Aliso Viejo office and onsite within the company’s managed communities throughout Southern California.
Along with Henry’s appointment to preside over the company day-to-day management team, Brandon Tryon, a long-time real estate industry veteran, was hired as Executive Vice President to manage Seabreeze’s growing homebuilding and land development company relationships.
“Seabreeze has the expertise to provide the industry’s highest level of BRE budget preparation and forward planning services for mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use and master-planned communities,” said Henry. “Brandon has the relationships with in the development industry and the leadership skills to expand this area of our business tremendously in 2015.”
