Pamela Rottner, Senior Vice President at Seabreeze Management Company, brings more than 20 years of property management experience to the Seabreeze team. As Senior Vice President, Pam oversees all operations at Seabreeze, including management, customer satisfaction and business development.

Pam started her career in property management and has worked tirelessly to develop a breadth and depth of industry knowledge. Not only has she successfully started and grown two companies, she’s also built and developed teams and client portfolios at multiple property management companies. As an industry veteran, Pam brings a unique perspective and expertise to Seabreeze Management. Through strategic management and relationship building, Pam is committed to providing exceptional service to every client and creating a high-performance culture among employees.

Pam is committed to continuing education and is actively involved in Community Associations Institute (CAI). She currently holds the CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations.

Born in Michigan, Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Sciences from Cypress College. An advocate for giving back to her community, Pam volunteers with Arizona Helping Hands and Feed Our Starving Children.
