Seabreeze Management Company Continues to Make Strategic Moves After Banner Growth Year

Company works to strengthen its employee-first strategy and solidify its position as a market leader in 2020

Capping off a year of exponential growth, Seabreeze is working tirelessly to reinvest in its people and processes to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience. As part of this investment, Seabreeze is making organizational changes to strengthen the company and its team to offer personalized service while continuing to scale.

 

Brandon Tryon named Principal

Brandon Tryon, Executive Vice President, has been an integral part of the Seabreeze team for six years. Whether it’s overseeing new development to builder services, DRE consulting, business development or transitions, Brandon is an asset to both Seabreeze and the industry as a whole. Not only has Brandon played an extremely important role in the company’s growth, he has singlehandedly built a large portion of Seabreeze’s development division thanks to his longstanding relationships with developer clients in the western United States. Given his years of service and numerous accomplishments, Brandon has been promoted to Principal of the firm. In this position, Brandon will take an active role in the strategic direction of the company.

 

Clint Warrell named Vice President, Large Scale Communities

As part of the Seabreeze long-term growth strategy, the company has hired Clint Warrell as the Vice President of Large Scale Communities. With more than 35 years of community management experience, Clint brings a breadth and depth of knowledge to Seabreeze, including being one of 109 individuals who hold the esteemed Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Large-Scale Manager (LSM) designation. At Seabreeze, Clint will oversee all large-scale communities, including properties with residential and commercial spaces as well as on-site amenities, such as restaurants and golf courses. Clint will oversee existing general managers to equip them with the tools, mentorship and education they need to fulfill the Seabreeze promise of a best-in-class customer experience. He will directly interface with boards to ensure concierge-level service and help navigate complex budgeting processes.

 

Seabreeze enacts new Leadership Council

On the heels of hiring Karen Inman assuming the role of President at Seabreeze, the company is making additional leadership changes to give every employee a voice. Recently, the company merged its Senior Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Committee to create its new Leadership Council. Comprised of employees on every level, the new Leadership Council will allow team members on all levels to provide input and steer the organization towards future success. Not only does this help Seabreeze remain an employee-first company, it gives team members a stakeholder position in the organization’s strategic direction.

 

Seabreeze named OC Best Place to Work for the third year in a row

Seabreeze Management Company has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Orange County Register. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
