Seabreeze Account Executive, Brandon Chen, Wins First Community Associations Institute Award for Innovation Management

Chen is one of eight nominees from the Seabreeze Team for the Orange County Chapter

ALISO VIEJO, CA (February 28, 2018)Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., a leading residential and commercial property management firm, today announced that Account Executive, Brandon Chen, was presented with the Community Associations Institute Orange County Regional Chapter (CAIOC) Innovative Management Award.

Every year, CAIOC presents awards across nine categories to chapter members who have made significant contributions to the industry. Award winners were announced during CAIOC’s Orange County Excellence and Community Awards and Wine Dinner at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

With the right combination of technology and tenacity, Brandon streamlined the property management experience for the Laguna Heights community. Using cloud-based solutions, satellite imagery and drone footage, Brandon not only made meetings more efficient, he also ensured that Board Members had a full understanding of community topography before embarking on resource allocation and landscaping efforts. Through digitization and landscape mapping, Brandon’s efforts saved Laguna Heights $5000 per year in storage fees and $250,000 over a three-year period, respectively.

“I am both honored and thrilled to receive the Innovative Management Award,” said Brandon Chen. “My number one goal is to never stop exploring unique ways to better serve our customers. I am grateful for the Laguna Heights community and their willingness take risks and try new options, and I’m also grateful for the continued support from my team here at Seabreeze.”
